Price Match Guarantee

At RefreshCraft, we strive to offer competitive pricing on premium outdoor living products. If you find the same item offered at a lower advertised price from a qualifying online retailer, we may match or beat that price in accordance with the guidelines below.

For products listed over $2,000, eligible price match requests may qualify for an additional savings of up to $50 when approved.

How to Request a Price Match

To submit a price match request, please contact our support team and provide:

  • A link to the competitor’s product page

  • A screenshot or written proof of the lower advertised price

  • Your order number (if you have already purchased)

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a price match:

  • The item must be identical (brand, model, and specifications).

  • The item must be new, in stock, and available for purchase from the competitor.

  • The competitor must be a U.S.-based online retailer.

  • The competitor’s listing must be publicly advertised (no private quotes or membership pricing).

  • Shipping charges will be considered when evaluating total price comparisons.

  • Sales tax differences are excluded from price match calculations.

Exclusions

The following situations are not eligible:

  • Marketplace sellers, auction sites, or third-party platforms (including eBay, Overstock, and similar sites)

  • Clearance sales, closeouts, or limited-time promotional events (such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday)

  • Rebates, bundle deals, or “buy one, get one” offers

  • Pricing errors or misprints

  • Products that would result in a loss beyond reasonable retail margins

RefreshCraft reserves the right to approve or decline any price match request at its discretion.
